Manage Apps on Vivoactive watch within Express

I have a Vivoactive and when I purchased last year I could use the "mange apps" function within Express to manage the device.

Since recent updates in the last few months, when I press on the manage Apps function in Express the communication circle runs and I get a blank screen.

Has this changed How do I get it back. I tried a different PC but it did not work either.

I am using a Windows 7 PC with latest software on both watch and PC. Express 4.1.19.0 watch on 3.40

    I am sorry you are having trouble with the Connect IQ Apps in Garmin Express. If by "blank screen" you mean that the white box is empty, this just means you need to add apps because there is nothing for it to display. If this is the case, in the lower right corner of Garmin Express, please click on the "Get More Apps" link.

    If you don't see the white box, the label for "Connect IQ | Apps", or the link at the bottom of Garmin Express, then there actually is a problem with how the program is loading. You may be able to solve the problem by uninstalling Garmin Express and reinstalling it. Please try these steps:
    • Press the Windows key + "R" to open the "Run" command. (The Windows key is 2 keys to the left of the space bar.)
    • Type in appwiz.cpl and press "Enter" or click on “OK”.
    • Right-click on Garmin Express and select "Uninstall".
    • Confirm you want to uninstall.
    • Finally, reinstall ">Garmin Express here">Garmin Express here.
    When it is finished reinstalling Garmin Express, see if the issue is fixed. If you still have trouble, please call ">Product Support">Product Support for more assistance.
