Changing Map Regions

Don't know if this is the right forum, (first time here), but here is my concern. I would like to change the map region that came installed on my Garmin 2689LMT, (all of North America), but when I try, the only option I have is to re-install the present map. I must be missing something?? any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

If you still have problems with installing a different region, contact Product Support by phone for further assistance.
