Zumo 340 LM new map downloading problem.

I bought new zumo 340 LM with West Europa map. I bought wider Europa map from www.garmin.com

I downloaded using Explorer , it took about 2 hours then I saw the message "Download completed".

But I can't see the new map in zumo 340 ,under setting>my maps .

What should I do ?

After following two steps the problem has been solved.

1- I formatted SD card as FAT32.
2- I was connecting USB cable to computer via USB hub. I removed USB hub and connected directly to computer.
