Crash when managing apps in Garmin Express with Edge 1000

Hello,

I connected My Garmin Edge 1000 to Garmin Express as I ussually do to Sync it, but this time I wanted to see the new Apps.

When I click the "Manage New Apps" in Garmin Express I get a new window with no apps on it with a button that Reads "Get More Apps".
When I click on it, Garmin Express crashes (Screenshot at: )

Everything else seems to be working alright between My Edge 1000 and Garmin Express.

Anybody knows how to solve the "Get More Apps issue" in Garmin Express?

    I am sorry you are getting an "Unexpected Error" from Garmin Express and I am happy to help you. I have not been able to reproduce your issue, but most issues with this error are caused by either permission problems or the MicroSoft .NET Framework not running correctly. Even though Garmin Express is launching correctly, please try the steps in the FAQ "">Why does Garmin Express for Windows fail to launch when I run it?">Why does Garmin Express for Windows fail to launch when I run it?"

    If the steps did not solve it, we can also try running the program as an Administrator. Please try these steps:
    • Restart the computer.
    • Make sure you log into an account with Administrator permissions.
    • Right-click on the Garmin Express shortcut.
    • Select "Run as administrator".
    Now, please see if the Connect IQ store will open from Garmin Express.

    If you still have the same issue, please contact ">Product Support">Product Support by phone so we can examine the problem more thoroughly.
