Problem downloading map update

Hi

I have just purchased nuMaps Lifetime Europe (Via Garmin Express) and no matter what internet browser I use I cannot get the software to download.

With Google Chrome I get the following message:
"Chrome No Longer Supports this Plugin. The page you are trying to access no longer works with this web browser. To help, Garmin has created a secure shortcut to open the Internet Explorer web browser on your computer and take you safely to the Garmin.com page you need."

I have tried both the short cut and pasting the link but I then get following message in IE11:
"We're sorry. Your web browser, Internet Explorer v11.0 (trident v7.0) 32bit on Microsoft Windows 10 64bit, is not configured to support map downloads. We can help you adjust your browser security settings to add my.garmin.com as a trusted site. This will allow you to download your map. Instructions for Adding a Trusted Site"

I have followed all the instructions to add Garmin as a trusted website, reset all browser settings and cleared all temp files but nothing works.

I've also tried the Garmin map Updater. It recognises my device and then says that a map update is available for my device. I then have two choices. (1) get Garmin Express...already done this and paid for the product or (2) or go pay for the map update

Any advice is greatly appreciated as this is driving me mad!!

Many thanks
Sean

Unless you check the box to "Stop receiving this notification", you will not be able to proceed past the prompt to add the trusted site. Once you check that box and dismiss the notification, you should be able to activate the Lifetime Map Update service to your device.

How do I activate my Map Update purchase?

Once the service is activated for your device, you will be able to download updates using Garmin Express

If you continue to experience problems, it would be best to contact Product Support by phone for further assistance.
