If the directions given in the third post do not resolve the issue for you, try uninstalling and reinstalling Express. That's what the software support had me do, and it worked like a charm. I just had to reinstall all my devices in Express afterward. (made me realize how much of a Garmin Guy I am :-) )
Might save others from the long wait on hold. Twice if the transfer to Software Support disconnects the first time (grumble grumble).
