Cannot add Wifi via Garmin Express

I purchased a Tactix Bravo last night and cannot add/save a wifi network using Garmin Express.

This occurs with both a PC and Mac.

I sign into my Garmin Connect via Express, add a wifi network, sync.

However, when going to Settings > Wifi > Connect > Use Garmin Express to add a Network

I reconnect to Garmin Express and no networks were saved.

Any suggestions?

I am sorry that you all are having trouble with the Wi-Fi. It is likely that Garmin Express is sending the settings but the watch can't connect so the watch doesn't store the settings. You can tell if…

I have been frustrated by this issue on my Tactix Bravo also. Returned the first one for a replacement but have the same problem still. Good to see its not just me!

Same issue here, except my Tactic Bravo can't even seem to detect my wifi.

Same issue here. Networks are not even detected......

Any news with fixing this issue? As it been a while now and no update!! Please put it in your next upcoming update for the fenix3 Tactix Bravo

Glad i found this thread, thought i was going nuts. Just got my Tactix Bravo today and have exactly the same problem. Tried everything, my fenix 3 worked no problem at all on the same Laptop with the same Wifi router. In fact it tried both today.

Tactix bravo refuse wifi!

I too am unable to coax bravo to accept wifi. Recently bought a week ago and my wife bought her a fenix 3 HR soon after. She easily uploaded wifi into hers but the bravo refused. Did not realize it was a problem until I found all these other people with same exact problem. Hope it can be resolved soon. Love the bravo and don't want to give it up, period. But ...

Having the same exact issue with my Tactix Bravo........ and just had my name added to the same case.

lets connect through bluetooth for now till they sort it out, hey its still a nice watch to wear :cool:

Completely agree... Garmin did not get this far and done so well without hiccups. I will wait.

When I called support they told me they already had an open case with engineering on this and they Would just add my name to it...... no I didn't care for the case number at the time.

I expect a $700 watch to work out the box.

I wonder how many of us got the same issue? I guess all who bought got the same thing? Apart from those who doesn't know yet that there is an issue on wifi setup hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
