Garmin 405 doesn't show up in "my computer", not recognized by Garmin Connect

Moving my 405 new computer, using USB cable to connect (not using ANT, nor do I have it installed on new computer). Connect can't find a new device to add iin Connect, nor does it show up in "my computer" like my other Garmin devices do. Any suggestion?

    The Forerunner 405 is an ANT fitness device, not a mass-storage fitness device. It will never show in My Computer as a hard drive. When you connect the clip to the USB port on the computer, you are only charging the battery on the device. You will need to connect the ANT Stick to the new computer in order to communicate with the Forerunner 405. First confirm that the computer is detecting the ANT Stick:

    If the ANT Stick is detected, you will need to turn pairing on for your Forerunner 405.

    To enable pairing on the Forerunner 405, 405CX or 410:

    • Navigate to Main menu
    • Select Settings
    • Select ANT+
    • Select Computer
    • Change Pairing to On
