Hello
Please help!
My computer crashed midway through a map and software update for my Garmin Touring.
Now I get an error message saying that the maps can't be unlocked each time I turn on the device. And Garmin Express is stuck trying to sync the device.
I've tried a master reset of my Touring, but this hasn't changed anything.
Any suggestions? Delete maps and reinstall? Delete Express and reinstall? I'm scared of being left with something that can't be fixed!
