Forerunner 405 firmware update

Hello,

I have a device Forerunner 405 and the software version is 2.30, which is quite old and could be updated to 2.80.
What could be the way to update the software as I tried different methods (with the webupdater, with 2 different ant usb stick from garmin).
And the Garmin Express software still states that firmware is up-to-date.

Moreover, the 405 upload of data is randomly working.

I am sorry for the troubles. Unfortunately, the firmware for Forerunner 405 is no longer available on our servers for download. If you are having sync problem my best suggestion is to make sure you delete from the watch all activities that have already been uploaded to Connect. The FAQ below also contains some troubleshooting suggestions.
