Unable To Add Device

Hello!

OS: Windows 10
Device: Fenix 3

Just received my Fenix 3. Completed setup and now trying to sync with Garmin Connect.

I plugged in my device via USB but no matter what I do it won't recognize the device.

Tried every port on board PC. Newer computer.

Not computer/tech illiterate.

Not sure what else to do from here. Hate for this issue cause me to return device. Other than that all features seem fine.
