Hello ,
Today i bought a new Garmin Fenix 3 Sapphire , I setup everything on watch and hooked up with my cellphone and everything seemed to work fine .
Then i tried to hook it to my PC using its USB to install a wi-fi and other stuff, But when i hook it , the PC doesn't make a sound like when you hook a usb and it doesn't recognize any new device in the device manager .
The Watch charged from 92% to 100% while being hooked to my laptop so the USB cable seem to work fine , I tried on my laptop and got the same result as the PC , I tried to search for a device on Garmin Express and nothing was found , Any help would be great this is my first Garmin watch and i really don't know whats wrong .
