Garmin express cannot sync to FR630

In garmin connect webside i try to use "send to unit" with a activity. (I was going to use it as a virtual race)

Now they go to garmin express but wont sync to watch.

They are there stopping me from sync to watch.

Can no longer send IQ stuff to fr630 Eiher.



Or the Picture method.

I do "1" in garmin connect website.
I end up with activities in Garmin express that wont wont sync. "2"

Maybe i have bumped into a bug. Thats okay.
I just wanna get those "bjorndalstre Lope" away so watch is working again.
What to do.

    Patched watch to v 4.10 and express to 4.1.17.0

    Still the same.

    I am sorry for the troubles. The issue might be one of the other items in still in the Sync queue within Garmin Connect. Login to your Connect account and click the Sync icon on the left. I recommend you keep this queue clear in between syncs. If you try to send a compatible item and it fails in Garmin Express, delete it from the sync queue then try sending it again. If you continue to have troubles I suggest contact Product Support by phone so the issue can be investigated.

    Press the Windows key + R
    Type %ProgramData% in the box
    Click OK
    Open the Garmin folder
    Open the CoreService folder
    Open the Devices folder
    Open the folder with the 10 digit Unit ID for your device (this can be found on the About screen on the device if there are multiple folders present)
    Right-click the Sync folder
    Click Delete

    The Sync Queue is different from the Sync Folder. Please follow these steps to clear the Sync Queue:

    • Log into Garmin Connect
    • Select the Sync Queue icon from the menu on the left
    • Click the X to the right of an item in the queue to remove it
    • Click Remove to confirm
    • Repeat for all items in the Sync Queue

    Is there a upcoming fix for it so it will be possible to send activities to unit ?

    Sending an activity to the 630 currently works for most activities. I suggest you try sending one activity at a time from Connect. Some activities created on older devices might not transfer but I tested out a few last week just to make sure this feature was working. The problem stems from having to many individual items in the Sync queue at once. If an item fails to send, delete it from the Sync queue then try again or try a different activity. If you continue to have troubles contact Product Support by phone so the issue can be thoroughly investigated.
