All was working fine and now today windows 10 won't recognise my ANT + stick and says it's malfunctioning. I have disconnected and reconnected many times, rebooted, reinstalled garmin express (which is completely up to date) and it just won't work. I am very frustrated - anyone found a solution?
I am sorry for the troubles. If Windows 10 is displaying an error that the USB Device has malfunctioned or is not recognized when ever you connect it to a USB port then the ANT Stick itself probably needs to be replaced. One way to verify a hardware problem is to connect it to another computer and see if the same message is displayed. Please see the FAQ below for further instruction.
