Zumo 660 Purchased Map won't download properly

Hi

I have just purchased a download map City Navigator Europe NT and have attempted to download it from MyGarmin to an SD card on my Zumo 660 several times. Each time it takes anywhere from 7 to 25 minutes and shows as completed. It even asks me to provide an email to be notified of future updates. However the file size for the gmappsup.img file varies between 294mb and 594mb each time. Even though the download is supposed to be 3.5gb?!

When I return to myGarmin myMaps the map shows with my zumo device but the Download Now option is still available. Whereas my City Navigator North America NT on the same device shows with a Get Garmin Express button next to it (Which I already have).

I am downloading using ie 11 with the garmin communicator add on enabled and pop up blocker turned off. Win 7 SP 1.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    I am sorry for the troubles with the Europe NT download. I have verified that this product is correctly downloading. If you continue to have troubles please see the FAQ below or contact Product Support by phone to thoroughly investigate.

    Hi Curt,

    I have tried all suggestions from the link provided. I have tried Chrome, Firefox and Edge from another computer and none of them work with Garmin Communicator. The only browser that is still compatible is IE which I also tried from another computer. Same result.
    The download says it's working but the file size is anywhere between 200 mb and 500 mb. Yet it still shows a progress bar during download and shows status as complete after it reaches 100%. The time remaining calculation oscillates between 1min and 58 min but always ends after approx. 15min.
    I am on an ADSL connection reporting 5mb download speed and .5mb upload on multiple speed tests.
    I intend to call customer support tomorrow during office hours but any help now would be appreciated.
