So i tried pairing my vivofit with the express app on my pc, and it finds the device but it doesnt let me go further, instead it says "we're unable to add this device because our servers are unavailable at this time" i've even tried all the methods in the faqs to try and fix it, so far nothing helps, has anyone else experienced this?
I am sorry for the troubles adding your vivofit to Garmin Express. Is this a brand new vivofit out of the box or was it owned previously? If it was owned previously please send us a PM with the serial number on the device. If it is brand new and you have tried the FAQ below please contact Product Support by phone so the issue can be investigated.
