USB mode does not work

Since the recent update when I plug into my laptop my Fenix 3 does not connect to the computer. The computer searches for a new driver than it errors out. I have now tried this on two PCs and I get the same result. I am not sure if it is the recent update or my watch is acting up. What can I do? I am afraid a hard reset will not fix the problem. Is this a known issue that is being addressed?

    I am sorry that you are having trouble with your Fenix 3. Please try the steps in the FAQ What can I do if my outdoor mass storage device is not being recognized by the computer?.

    If you are still having trouble, it would be best to contact Product Support by phone.
