Forerunner 15 Garmin Express

I have bought Forerunner 15. However, I cannot connect it with the Garmin Express.
After I try to add this device, the screen displays:

Device found
Forerunner 15
Serial Number:

We're unable to add this device because our servers are unavailable at this time.
Not the device you were looking for? Search again.

I have tried it many days but failed every time.

Could anyone help me?

Forerunner 15 garmin express

I have tried the link(Update garmin express, good internet, set computer date and time, stop the antivirus program, manage the proxy). However, it failed again.
My fenix 3 functions well with garmin express.
I have tried it in another computer. The same result.

I am sorry that you are having trouble adding your device to Garmin Express. If these steps did not solve your problem, it would be best to contact Product Support by phone.
