I got my VITAFIT2 two days ago. On the first day, I got the device to sync. But the only data it showed was the 35 steps I took that morning. I was synced all day, and took down CONNECT many times and brought it back up. Did a SYNC even though I was SYNCED already. But the data stayed the same. The next morning, hooray all the data is there. So come the second morning, all I see is the first day's data that popped up yesterday. It doesn't have the new information, even though the VITAFIT2 started over collecting data. I shut down the EXPRESS and CONNECT. Then started up Express. It said I was synced at 07:32. So I brought up CONNECT, and the same old data. Nothing has updated. And I have hit SYNC over and over, and get nothing. Any idea of what is going on?
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble syncing your vivofit 2. I recommend deleting the device from Garmin Express and Garmin Connect and then pair it again. If the device fails to pair, it may need to be soft reset. Follow the troubleshooting in our FAQ:
