Fenix 2 not recognized by Garmin Express

Hi,

I’m having problems getting Garmin Express to recognize my new Fenix 2. I’m using windows 7, Garmin Express is up to date and I’m using it without any problems with my Forerunner 220. Any ideas what might be wrong?

PS. I'm having problems adding the print screens with Garmin Express, basically it says that the device is recognized as Fenix 2 but not supported and to use Map Updater. The Garmin Express version is 4.1.16.0.

PS2. I have retried multiple times re plugging the watch and after a number of failed attempts it worked. I haven't done anything except re plugging the watch and restarting Garmin Express multiple times.

I am sorry for the troubles adding the fenix2. There were some issues very briefly yesterday morning. According to your account you were able to add he fenix 2.
