All devices gone

I just added 2 new devices to Garmin express (V4.1.16.0), when i checked back to GE to add a other
new device all where gone, Garmin Express is no completely empty.

About all device that are in my signature (currently own) in this post are (where) added in my GE. Is there a way to
recover those? Or do i have to add them all back?

And why did this happen?

Yiks! That's a lot of devices.

I would try 2 things.

Reboot your computer. Maybe GE lost track of itself.
If it's windows, what about a system restore?

I already added them all back, this was actually the second time it happend.
the first time was a view months ago, also just after adding a new device.

That is an odd behavior. Have you checked the C:\ProgramData\Garmin\CoreService\Devices folder where the UNITID folders for all the devices added to Express are kept? Does this folder some how get deleted by a backup program or script? How many devices to you add to Express?

That folder was empty when i checked yesterday.....i did not reboot, unsave disconnect or what so ever. I added a my new Virb XE and a Edge 520, after that i closed GE from the taskbar.
when i wanted to add my Smart scale i started GE again, and i came up empty.....i just added my scale again as last device, this time all devices stay in GE.......i have no idea what happend.

Since this has happened more than once, perhaps you should you should keep a back up the files mentioned by EXPRESSCUSTOMERCARE.
