Garmin Express: Receiving a User Settings Trander error

Gooday everyone,

I need a huge favour.

Over the past 24 hours, I have received an error message on my Garmin Express. I receive a message saying there was an error syncing with Garmin Connect.

I have uninstalled Garmin Express and installed the latest version of Garmin Express.

Can anyone help me out?

    Thanks for your advice.

    I have a problem. I completed as swim session this afternoon and I tried to sync my Garmin Swim to Garmin Connect and it could not upload the training data onto my Garmin Connect account.

    I uninstalled Garmin Connect and re-installed the latest version.

    I receive the following error:

    user Settings (Transfer Error).

    Can you please look into it?

    Hi

    I have a serious problem. I completed a swim session after work; switched on my Notebook and tried to upload my Swim data onto Garmin connect. Garmin Express could not sync the recent training information onto Garmin Connect.

    I uninstalled Garmin Express and re-installed it. The ANT device was able to pair my Garmin Swim watch with Garmin Express and Garmin Connect. This was not a problem.

    HOWEVER, Garmin Express gives me the following message: "THERE WAS AN ERROR SYNCING WITH GARMIN CONNECT".

    I click onto Garmin Connect and Tuesday's training data was not uploaded onto Garmin Connect.

    I have returned to Square one.

    What should I do?

    I have sent an email to Garmin Customer support this evening to allow you to contact me privately.

    I am sorry that you are still having trouble. If the steps in the FAQ didn't help, I think contacting support was the best move. I do see that your activity from 2/8/2016 did upload so maybe you already fixed it.

    Thanks for the reply.

    My training activity on the 9th of February 2016 did not upload onto Garmin Connect through Garmin Express.

    I emailed support and they have not responded.

    Can support look into this matter.
