Logs for that code have not been received. Are you copy/pasting the code? It is all alpha characters, no numbers. Did Express give a green check mark and the word Submit when it completed?
I am sorry for the troubles. There were some issues reported this morning that effected the Europe update over the weekend. This was reported as fix around 8:00am CST US & Canada time.
I suggest you restart your computer or quit the Garmin Tray icon in the System Tray before using Garmin Express again. Garmin Express is dependent on the Garmin Device Interaction Service which should be restarted in this case.
