Vista download just won't load?

I recently wiped my pc and reinstalled. I can get everything up and running except Garmin Express. I've downloaded it multiple times, but the download just open do anything. It won't open, double click does nothing. I'm not a total idiot when it comes to computers, but my foxfire download window has always been the same...but with Express it's not working. Any ideas?

Since the computer was wiped and reinstalled, have you installed all the Windows updates? There could be updates to .NET Framework or other Windows system components that need to be updated before Garmin Express can be reinstalled.

If you right click on the installer icon and run as administrator, does it launch?

If you have rebooted the computer and made sure all Windows updates have been installed without errors, tried running as administrator, and the Garmin Express installer still fails to launch, it would be best to contact Product Support by phone for more in depth troubleshooting as it can be difficult to do so via forums.
