Hi get this annoying error all the time now: http://screencast.com/t/UhzG52otrNQt

I connect the USB, it shows up for a second and then disapears... Connect it to another port, same thing...

Close / reboot Garmin Express same thing...

This has just been happening maybe the last 2-3 months?

Anything I need to do to avoid this?

I am using Windows with a Garmin USB dongle.

    I am sorry for the troubles. More than likely this is caused by originally adding the device to an older version of Garmin Express. Please make sure Garmin Express is up to date then delete the 310XT from Express and Connect then add it back again.
