I lost my keyboards and text folders for my Garmin Nuvi 2597

I had some problems with my Garmin 2597 so I formatted it. Then I used webupdater and Garmin express to recover everything. I know it was not the best idea but I did it anyway. The problem I seem to have now is that my keyboards and text folders can't be downloaded from webupdater or Garmin express.

I have emailed Garmin support and they have answered but they don't seem to understand my problem/situation.
They are telling me to use express but express are not showing these folders.

Can anyone help me please? I am a noobie but I have tried really hard for several hours. I am stuck with american English so voice command dosen't work because it don't support it. I want Swedish text and keyboards files/folders.

Keyboards and text folders should be available via WebUpdater, they are for my devices. I assume you never bothered to back up your files/folders?

Voices are available via both Express and WebUpdater so I'm not clear why you can't get your Swedish voice back?

Thats right I never bothered to back it up because I never thought something like this could happend.

I have Swedish voices, but can't get keyboards language or text language!
I don't understand why?

You formatted it so you must have known you would lose all your files?

Unfortunately sometimes you can't recover from a format but I see keyboard and text files in WebUpdater. If you don't I'm not sure what's wrong.
