No Junction View in US maps????

SUSSAMB,

In a thread that you closed earlier today you made the comment that US maps don't have Junction View in them. I'm puzzled by that. On both my Nuvi devices (765 and 2597) I receive a display at the appropriate times that looks just like the ones described in Garmin's promotional material as Junction View. On both devices I have a large (800+ MB) *.JCV file that I have always understood to be the associated junction view file. This file is always updated when I update the maps on both devices.

I'm in Canada. Both devices have the full City Navigator North America (2016.2) map product installed.

Have I misunderstood your comment?

I believe what SUSSAMB was saying is that since the US map that the customer had was not a preloaded map, it would not have Junction View.
