Hi All
got a problem with my new S6 plug in and updated maps but it keeps saying update available and then cannot aurthincate maps can anyone help also saying cannot unlock maps
I am sorry that you are having trouble updating your device. This error message is often caused by an incomplete file on the device which can not be read properly. Try updating the device and make sure to safely remove the device before disconnecting it from the computer and wait for Windows to state that it is safe disconnect the device. Even thought the update appears to complete, the write-caching feature on some computers may have not completely transferred the map to the device.
If this does not solve the problem, it would be best to contact Product Support by phone.
