I am sorry that you are having trouble with your update. It appears that you have completed at least the download portion of the update so if you haven't already resolved the problem, it appears that the error is occurring when trying to transfer the map to the device. I would recommend following the steps in the FAQ: What should I do if I'm having issues with the Garmin Express client?
If you are still having trouble, it would be best to contact Product Support by phone as errors during this stage of the update are difficult to diagnose through a forum.
Reinstalled Express and still wouldn't load up.
However this time it told me the amount of disc space needed! Had to move some progs to other drive then it worked a treat!
