I have tried syncing to windows 10 with the updated Garmin Express 4.1.13.0 i tried removing the device from express and deleting all my training activites from the unit. It still wont sync. It is also on the right time zone.

A master reset on the 910XT is usually the last resort without more information. Before performing the master reset make sure the device is removed from Garmin Express. Once the master reset and initial setup is complete it can be added back.
