Garmin Classic no longer allows uploads?

Garmin Express has always been buggy for me so I've used the Classic version for years. It's easier to read and looks better than the Modern version in my opinion. In any event, the Classic site no longer allows you to upload. This has forced me to use Express. I successfully added and synced an Edge 500 & Forerunner 405, but neither will transmit any recent data. What's going on with Express and why is it so buggy? Is there no way to continue to upload on the old Classic version? Everything I read indicates Express will run in the background and pick up any new activities, but it's not. What am I doing wrong or is it a Garmin issue?

    Top right hand side of the screen is "Import" - you can upload (import) the FIT files there.

    No idea on your Express question - it's worked pretty much as intended for me for at least a year now.

    I am sorry for the troubles syncing with Garmin Express. Your account indicates that the Forerunner synced today and the Edge on the 10th. If you continue to have troubles please see the FAQ's below.
