I can't execute Garmin Express in Windows 10

Hi, first of all, excuse me if my English is not too good, I'm trying to explain my problem :)

I have upgraded my pc from Win 8.1 to Win 10, and now when I try to execute Garmin Express.... nothing happens....

I have tried to execute it in administrator mode, user mode, but I can't execute it....

I downloaded the installer of Garmin Express to reinstall it, but when I go to the control panel to uninstall it before installing it again, I select the garmin express, I click in Uninstall, but nothing happens.....

How can I solve it?

    I am sorry for the troubles. Please try the suggestion in the FAQ below. If this doesn't work you can try installing the latest version without uninstalling but I suggest you contact Product Support by phone.

    Now I can ser the link (I wasnt logged before), but I have tried to delete that folder but it didnt work......

    Any other solution?

    I have phone to the support in Spain, but the solución that they gave me didnt work.

    They told me uninstall garmin express from control panel (but I cant) and delete the entries of garmin express with regedit. (I did it, reboot the computer, and I try again, but nothing happened)

    perhaps someone could help me with the new situation.....


    1- I uninstalled Garmin Express from my computer using "Revo Uninstaller", and I cleaned all the Windows register and delete all the Garmin files from my computer.

    2- Now, I don't have Garmin Express in my installed programs in Windows 10.

    3- After that, I downloaded the Garmin Express from http://software.garmin.com/es-ES/express.html

    4- I executed the installer of Garmin Express, but nothing happened... (No error messages, notthing appears,.....)

    5- Checking in Windows, I have this log of the error:

    I investigate about this, and I though that it was because the .NET framework Windows features was not activated, but it was activated.....


    Someone have any idea about how can I solve this?

    I am sorry that you are having trouble installing Garmin Express. This does appear to be a .NET issue based on what I am seeing in various forums. I have seen in some of the Microsoft support forums where temporarily disabling .NET 3.5 in Programs and Features=>Turn Windows Features on or off resolved the problem. Other forums said that they disabled, restarted and then re-enabled prior to installing applications to resolve the issue. If you would like to try these solutions, please do so at your own risk since .NET is not Garmin software.

    hi Jason, I will try this tomorrow (I tried it this morning, but it didn't work, but later I realized that my computer has installed .NET 3.5 and .NET 4.6 ........

    Tomorrow I will try to uninstall one of them and try it again....
