USB Device not Recognized

I have been using garmin connect and express (forerunner 10) for sometime with the same USB cable and PC and never had a problem. But recently I have been getting an Error message saying the USB device is not recognized so I have unable to sync/upload my recent activities. I have removed Express off my PC and reinstalled it but still the same problem.

Is there anything you can suggest to help?

Same Issue with Forerunner 110

I receive an error when I click the link above. I am having the same issue with Garmin Express asking me to plug in the device to the computer when it is already plugged in. Is there a better link to the helpful information? Thanks!
