Issues linking connect and Runkeeper

My RunKeeper says it's connected with Garmin, as does my Garmin Connect. But, it doesn't upload my runs to RunKeeper. Well, it did one, but it took 24 hours for it to work.

I'm also having trouble syncing my Garmin 235 with Garmin Connect. It synced my running activity today, but not my steps or anything else.

How do I force it to sync again? I can't find it in the menu.

I deal mostly with Garmin Express and its direct relationships but I will try to help. According to your Connect account Steps and Activities for the last 3 days have successfully synced. I believe that once the data is uploaded to Connect, RunKeeper is responsible for pulling data to your RunKeeper account. You might contact RunKeeper or check their Support page but I think an activity has to include actual GPS data to sync with RunKeeper. Steps and Indoor activities with no GPS data will be skipped during their automatic sync process. I believe with the exception of Step data, the indoor activities without GPS data could still be manually uploaded from the internal memory on the Forerunner 235. All activities .FIT files are located in the /Garmin/Activity or Activities/ folder. The file names will be arbitrary but you should be able to tell by the file's creation date. Again, please see their Support site for manual upload instructions, they might have worked out a simple process. If you have any other questions outside of Garmin Express communicating with Garmin Connect I suggest you see the other thread in the forum or contact Product Support by phone.

Again, I am sorry for the troubles.
