Express doesn't find device

Former Member
Former Member
I installed Express this morning. When I connect my device (FR15), it goes into the charging screen and Express does not find the device.
After I disconnect the device, the FR15 stays in the screen with the black triangle & I have to hold the power button and reset the watch (then go outside so the time sets)

OS: Windows 7 Professional
Browser: IE 11 & Chrome

I contacted product support and spent close to an hour on the phone. We tried numerous times and got nowhere. I will try again tonight on a different computer.

I'm having the same issue although I have been using Garmin Connect since it came out. The page you referenced is broken and completely useless. It returns this:

That error is a web browser issue with JavaScript. You can access the article by using the title of the article to search the FAQ page.

    Garmin Support FAQ page:
"support.garmin.com/.../search.htm" - You may need to copy and paste the URL without the quotes into your address bar.
