Garmin Express syncing error & Fenix 3 pairing error

I've registered my fenix 3 with Garmin and it connects to my Garmin express. i'm connecting with the supplied USB.

Whenever I try to sync the watch it displays - There was an error syncing with Garmin Connect.

I've also tried to download apps/widgets which I've already got stored in my Garmin Connect. When i clicked the download tab the loading bar comes up but after maybe 10-20 seconds it displays - failed.

i'm all connected through the same wifi network.
  • I am sorry for the troubles with syncing the fenix3. According to your Connect account the fenix3 was last synced the 26th at 18:09, shortly after this post. Are you having trouble syncing through the USB cradle or over Wi-Fi? Please see the FAQ below for issues syncing while using the USB cradle.

    Once the fenix3 successfully syncs through the USB cradle it should also sync via Wi-Fi unless there is a compatibility issue. See the FAQ below:

    If you continue to have trouble I recommend contacting Product Support by phone.
