Garmin Express Profile problem completing

I have just installed Garmin Express and paired it with a new vivofit2. It finds the device using the ANT agent. Then I have set up a new account but when I get to the profile page, there is no way to complete the process. The account and the settings boxes show green with a tick but the profile box stays blue and there is no complete button so you can only go back to the home page and I never get to a place where I can sync the device. Any advice? I bought the device in the UK and am currently in Austria if that makes a difference. I tried to e-mail UK support but there is a page error when trying to access this via the website.

    I am sorry for the troubles adding your Vivofit2 to Garmin Express. The Vivofit2 is currently added to your Garmin Connect account along with your profile information. There was an outage over the Holiday that might have effected your ability to complete the procedure. If the Vivofit2 is added to Garmin Express then try the manual sync on the Vivofit2. Hold the button down until the screen says SYNC. Garmin Express will display a sync progress bar within a few seconds if it begins. If it does not sync or you receive any error messages, delete the Vivofit2 from Garmin Express and Garmin Connect then add it back again.

    Just to be clear, we no longer use the ANT Agent software referred to in your original post. The ANT Stick is still used but not the older software called Garmin ANT Agent. If you have ANT Agent software installed on the computer you should uninstall it. I understand if the reference was to the ANT Stick but I wanted to make sure the software was not being used.
