Can't transfer my data from Forerunner 910xt to Garmin express

My ANT+ sees my device but when transferring data it starts but then fails saying can't sync with servers, I have been in contact with Garmin, they have sent me loads of ideas to fix it but nothing works, deleting the software, turning off scanners, using fixit s on.

The last time I download Garmin express 4.1.12.0 I noticed in the program it say's it's 3.2. maybe this has something to do with it? (last month I downloaded the new windows 10)

    While that may not be the main issue, version 4.1.12.0 should not identify itself as 3.2. Garmin Express should be fully uninstalled and then reinstalled. You may need to use Fixit again to fully uninstall the 3.2 version of Garmin Express.

    When uninstalling Garmin Express select:
    • Garmin Express
    • Garmin Express Tray
    • Elevated Installer
    • Garmin Update Services (skip if not present)
    • ANT Drivers Installer x64


    Then reinstall the current version of Garmin Express and after the installation is complete, verify it identifies itself as 4.1.12.0. If not, contact Product Support by phone for further assistance.
