[ERROR] We're unable to sign you in because our server are unavailable at this time

I recently bought an used Forerunner 10. Now wanted to upload activities to my existing account. I had some FR in the past (405, 310xt, 910xt), so there was an account still valid. I can log in to Garmin Connect website. However when Garmin Express successfully finds my device, then prompts for signing in, I'm putting correct credentials and getting the error:

There was a problem connecting to Garmin servers.
We're unable to sign you in because our server are unavailable at this time

How come there's a problem, when I can reach Connect, or Forums?
