An unexpected error has occurred... just started happenning

Hi Garmin,

Over the last few days, I've started getting the "an unexpected error has occurred and Garmin Express must close" error - it says to contact customer support. I've been using Garmin Express fine for ages on this computer and haven't installed any new software recently (that I know of). I'm on Windows 8.1 (64 bit).

What should I do?
  • It's been quite awhile for me since I've had a crash but the last time that happened a reboot of my computer fixed it.

    Thanks for your help. I had already tried restarting before, but the recent attempt has apparently fixed the problem. Not sure why it worked this time...
