Can't install nüMaps Lifetime Europe Download

I've just bought a nüLink!® 1695 LIVE and after install a micro SD card of 32Gb I've tried to install Lifetime Europe via Garmin Express but just got stuck at half of the installation.

Before go into update process I had installed the memory card and the device prompt to format, which I done it.

There is something else to do it?
It is better to reset the device and start again?

I am sorry for the troubles. Based on your myGarmin account, it looks like the map update was successfully downloaded to your computer. If the issue was encountered while copying the files to the device and SD card I can only suggest take steps to ensure the computer's USB configuration is as simple as possible:

Do not use a USB hub
Use the USB ports on the back of the computer if using a desktop PC
Unplug any other unnecessary USB devices except for the mouse and keyboard, reboot the computer, and try again

In fact I was going to close the request today as solved because yesterday I tried again and worked, even if it took some time.
