Edge 520 Not Recognized

Recently upgraded from 510 to 520. 520 charges from USB cable, but does not appear as a device in Windows. Does not show up in Garmin Express either whether using ANT stick or USB cable. Driver for ANT stick installed successfully.

At wits end. To add insult to injury data is no longer pushed form Garmin Connect to Training Peaks.

The Edge 520 is a mass-storage device, it will not communicate with the computer via ANT Stick. Have you tried all the troubleshooting in our FAQ:

Why is my Garmin mass storage or MTP device not communicating with Garmin Windows applications?

If so and Garmin Express still does not detect the device, contact Product Support by phone for further assistance.

As for the transfer of data from Garmin Connect to Training Peaks, that would be better posted on the Garmin Connect forum or you could also talk to the Fitness agent when calling Support.
