Purchased map update online for download...how to download?

Not sure if this is the right forum but...

I purchased this map update online for download:

nüMaps OnetimeTm City Navigator® North America NT

The Garmin Communicator Plug-in is installed in Internet Explorer and I'm using IE to do all of this. When I go to myMaps, I can see the map I purchased under "Recent Map Purchases". I select my GPS (nuvi 755T) under "Add to Device", then I get the message:

You have already downloaded the map to your computer. Locate the map file and double-click it to begin the installation process. If you cannot locate the map file on your computer, you can download the map again.

When I click Download, it just takes me back to the myGarmin homepage.

Not sure what to do from that point. I just want to download and install the map I just purchased. Been trying different things for hours. I installed Garmin Express but it doesn't seem to help. This is the first map update that I've purchased since I bought the GPS in 2009 so I'm a newbie at this.

Thanks in advance for any help.

That is a good question. There is no difference in clarity from one region of Canada to another. The maps are just broken into different regions to fit different devices internal storage or different peoples travel patterns. You chose the best region for your device. The maps you chose simply leave off Mexico from what you are eligible for (Full North America - Mexico = US & Canada). We have an article that better explains this with pictures.

As SUSSAMB said, our recommendation is to use a memory card. At the cost of $5 to $10, an 8GB or 16GB card will serve you for years to come.

Thanks for the answer. The reason I didn't bother with an sd card is that I really don't need everything. 99.99% of my driving will be in Canada. And I'll never drive to Mexico. So any region that includes Canada and maybe some US is all I need.
