Garmin Express Error When Pairing swim watch - Device Found, Unit ID Invalid

I bought new garmin swim watch. But I cannot use garmin express to do the pair. It can connect but It shows error "The specified unit ID is invalid". I have tried 3 computers.

It looks some other people has similar issues, but I cannot find the solution.

Hi,

I have the same problem. I can't connect my Garmin swim (v.3.4 id 3863246201) to Garmin Express : Invalid Unit ID. When i try with my old Ant Agent, i can tranfer my data to my computer and import it to Garmin connect.

Can you hep me ?

New Garmin Swim Wont Connect

I have the same problem. I am trying to replace a previous garmin swim watch with a new one. Garmin express gives me a list of devices but no swim.
I would like to see the instructions
