Garmin Express was working with all 4 Garmin items - Edge 1000 - Forerunner 310xt - Forerunner 910xt and Vivofit 2. Next time I log in absolutely nothing is recognised. Have eventuallly managed to get Express to see the Ant+ stick but thats it. Refuses to see any of the equipment. Old system worked so stunningly well - as I walked into my home office the whole upload to Connect started. Any ideas?
Tried to upload a ride last night. When I plugged in my Garmin 520 it said "Re-authentication required". Entered my email/password and then was told that the servers are unavailable. Tried again this morning same result. What's the issue Garmin ?
Just tried to upload my ride using the mobile version of Garmin Connect and all was OK
Tried to update to the latest version (4.1.11.0) of Garmin Express on my PC but that failed !
I have now downloaded the latest version of Garmin Express (4.1.11.0).
When I plug my 520 in I still get the same error messages as I did earlier this morning :mad:
I am sorry for the troubles. The error is most likely caused by a corrupt file on the computer. I suggest you delete the Edge from Garmin Express on the computer, delete the UnitID folder for the device from the location below then add it back again.

1. Press the Windows + R keys together
2. Type %programdata%
3. Click OK
4. Open the Garmin folder
5. Open the CoreService folder
6. Open the Devices folder
7. Delete the UnitID (9 digit #) folder for the Edge
Once the two are cleared add the Edge back to Express and it should sync. If you continue to have troubles please contact Product Support by phone.
