Life Time map not appearing in Garmin Express

Hi
New to forum and have question.
Tonight I purchased Life Time maps AUS/NZ for my Garmin Zumo 660
Tried to install from MyGarmin but was advised to install Garmin Express

I did this.
Express sees my device (which is software upto date)
Express sees my last updated map (very old)
Express does not see the new life time map that I have purchased

What do I need to do to get Express to update?

    Thanks for the advice
    I proceed thru to myMaps, select my device, and proceed to
    the Download Garmin Express popup.
    Click on download and get an HTTP 404 error has occurred.
    This happen in both Firefox and Explorer
    This maybe traffic related at this time of day 1930 NZT

    I am sorry that you are having trouble with your purchase. The maps that came loaded on your device are Sensis maps and you have purchased Lifetime maps for HERE maps which is a different map provider. I would recommend contacting Product Support as a refund will need to be issued.

    The next question then is how to I update my maps for the Zumo 660 ?

    I spoke with Garmin Australasia as we are Express Customer Care in the US. He suggested you contact them by phone as there are some circumstances that currently effect updating the devices preloaded with the Sensis maps. They will be able to submit the credit for the Lifetime Map you purchased and discuss the current Sensis update options with you.
