My express would not sync this morning, and after uninstalling and trying to re-install I received this error. I have never had an issue with Express before. I use a Vista laptop so do not see why all of a sudden this would be the case?
On top of the fact that recently both my iPad 2 and Samsung S4 stopped syncing, I can't believe I have to consider a different make of watch.
