Express won't open or download

All of a sudden today my Garmin Express program won't open or respond. I uninstalled and reinstalled and deleted the localappdata file, still nothing.

As you have already uninstalled and reinstalled Garmin Express, deleted the "Garmin_LTD...." folder, and the application still does not launch, it would be best to contact Product Support by phone for further assistance.
