310XT can not sync with Garmin Express v4.1.10.0

Express starts the sync and there it seems seems that everything went ok. In 310XT the transmission is still seen after express has already finished the sync. After sync Data is not in Garmin connect.

With the earlier Garmin Express this was working. I have done both reset and master reset to my device.

    We are sorry you are having trouble syncing with Garmin Connect. If you have Master Reset your device, most likely there is some corrupt data from the device still on the computer. We can try removing this and syncing again. Please follow the next steps:
    • Press Windows + R to open the "Run" command.
    • Type %programdata%\Garmin\CoreService\Devices and press Enter.
    • Open the 10-digit Unit ID folder for your device.
    • Drag the "Sync" folder to your desktop and drop it there.
    • Please try to sync again..
    * Note: You can try to manually upload any files in the "Sync" folder to Connect. if a file doesn't upload, then there isn't a way to get the data unfortunately.

    If you still cannot sync the device, please contact Product Support by phone for further assistance.

    Yesterday I tried each tip received from Garmin, but they didn't help. Today sync just started to work.

    Anyway I would like to thank Garmin support answering in this forum and by mail.
