Online support form won't work to report fault. The fault is:
Garmin express was previously working but suddenly stopped working about 2 weeks ago. When I try to start it up to sync my Garmin Edge 810, it says "an unexpected error has occurred & Garmin Express must close. If you continue to experience this, contact Garmin customer support." This is still continuing. It happens on 2 different wifi connections at different locations over 2 weeks so is unlikely to be wifi connectivity problem.
I seem unable to contact Garmin Customer support because the online form won't 'complete' & keeps bouncing back to 'detailed description & contact information'; but all the boxes are filled in.
